How do you solve the issue of eating out at family? Visited my aunt lastnight, and tried to be very disciplined, but she had made the most divine stew and we devoured the chocolate I brought for dessert!!! Tried to be as honest as I could with my diary recording...hope its right!!!
Feel like I'm hitting a weight plateau....what can I do to change that?
