Yesterday started off really well. I did a half hour of yoga, then finished off Week Two of the "Couch to 5K" program. I did half an hour of upper body weight training, half an hour of cardio and half an hour on the Wii Fit Plus. I even played We Cheer 2 for an hour after that!

Everything fell apart around dinner...which it's been doing for the last few days of the week.

Last night, we had Thai food. Normally I love Thai. And it was such a nice treat! But I think I over did it. Like Friday night at the karaoke bar, with the wings and nachos. Like Saturday when I didn't want to do anything, so I just ate junk and loafed about.

I fell like I gained three pounds in three days. Which sucks, 'cause I was so happy to get down just under 160 again!

I feel like I'm stuck in a rut and I have no idea how to get out of this mess. I don't want to stop my journey here. I've come so far! And it wasn't like those first seventy pounds were easy to lose! Why are these last thirty causing me so much trouble?!?

Anyone have any really good, solid advice to help me break through this spot? I could really use some help and advice!
