Haven't been dieting. Got depressed and I'm a stress eater, went to a new Doctor yesterday, he seemed really good. Put my husband and I both on a low-glycemic, low-fat diet and added two more meds to my list of meds. Holy cow I feel like a walking drug store. Will see how I do now; no bread, no potatoes, no pasta, no rice, no flour, absolutely no sugar. I have only myself to blame for letting my health get so bad. Now its just a matter of getting to town to buy the right food. Just lean meats, turkey, chicken, fish and vegetables. Olive oil and vinegar for a dressing. Lord I pray I can do this.
