I have been quite well so far following my food plan and staying with in my points. However this morning I seem to retaing alot of water. I have been drinking a lot of water like I'm supposed to, I don't understand this. My fingers are so tight that they kind of tingle. I hope that as the day goes on it will get better.

Have you tried lower sodium for a couple of days, especially if you are eating alot of frozen entrees. I have same problem but now am on water pills because it was causing pre hypertension!

I agree with bridgets, water retetion can come from consuming too much salt. Check the labels on the foods you are eating. Are you working out along with eating right?
