Today, I am back to the 170 weight. Maybe because I couldn't sleep last night and kept piecing on this and that. In any event, we are going out to lunch at a great restaurant today..so I probably won't have a loss again today. I had such a good start on that last diet and I really like it as it's easy to follow but I seem to be adding a bit here and a bit there and have stopped losing. I am unable to exercise as I cannot walk easily but will go to the gym and ride the bikes.
