This week is turning out to be super weird; my brother got arrested, my husband got laid off, his grandfather is in ICU with heart trouble, my kid got in fight...I'm not sure what else can go wrong. But it's only Thursday, so we shall see.
All of the stress means A) I'm not sleeping very well B)The gym has been non-existent this week C) Food choices have been awful and D)It just isn't about me right now, so this is basically the only place to vent without family getting in on the drama.
Also, there's an awesome cold going around, so I can't wait for that to catch up to me. I think I'll basically check out, clean my house this weekend, do some self-care if I can find the time and start over next week.
