since I started working in August, I haven't been able to stick with my exercise routine. so I been trying to at least focus eating healthy on our budget. lately I been having a lot of anxiety which can make me feel nauseous and unable to eat that much. I know exercise will help, however no excuses, I just am struggling to do it. I'm so close to my main goal too!
