Hey all.. long long day yesterday. I basically worked from 8am to 8pm. I had a break for lunch in the afternoon, but the day messed up my eating. We had 31 kids until late last night (I work in a daycare). Since they were all there late, we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. I was hungry so had a couple of pieces. Oh well. I just went and did a core ball workout this morning then ran over a mile (I should measure with the car to see how far it is). The thing I hate about eating those sorts of things now is that I find I'm hungry real soon later. I realize it's blood sugar, but it just makes our job so much more difficult. I'll weigh this weekend and see how I'm doing. Weekends are generally harder to stay on track because of family and things. I'm trying to see another 2 lb loss by the following weekend. 237 or 238 would be great! Have a great weekend all!
