Hello team! Just checking in :) I donated platelets today. My gosh was that draining! I know donating blood takes a lot of energy, but platelet donation takes almost two hours. I'm feeling good now though! I'm going to take a break from exercising today to fully recoup before I get back into the swing of things.
I made a yummy delicious chicken piccata yesterday for dinner. It was aaaawesome. I'm definitely adding it to my regular recipe repetoir (alliteration, anyone??)
I also went for another run in the chilly weather yesterday. Kudos to my brother for cold weather running gear for Christmas!!
