It's been a crazy week. I'm trying to get my house ready to sell & preparing to move & start a new job. It's no excuse for eating poorly & not taking care of myself. I am really worried because we will basically be living in temp housing which is like a hotel until our house sells 7 we find a new home in our new city. I think we will have to eat out a lot which makes it difficult to stay on track. I am determined though to not undo all of the hard work I have done over the past few months to lose weight & get healthy. This will be a difficult transition but I can do it!!!

Hey, the good news is that most places that are set up for temp housing have a good kitchenette in the room, so you'll at least have a fridge and microwave for your SBD food! :) Don't stress about you're eating too much though, you've got enough on your plate. (no pun intended!)

I dread going out because everything is cooked in butter. MOST retraunts, even fast food, have nutrition menues. The other night my husband wanted to go to Denny's. I had the grilled chicken dinner with sliced tomatoes and steamed veggies with no butter. It was UNDER 300 calories. I try keeping main meals below 300 calories to monitor my intake. That's just me though. IF your room has a freezer and microwave, stock up on SB frozen foods. They have a few phase one meals. When you go to the restaraunt ask if they have a nutrition chart. If not, I play it safe. Salad with oil and vinegar. GOOD LUCK!
