Still heading in the right direction, I'm just waiting for the scale to rubber band back to 209, but for now I'll just keep eating my prepared meals, drinking water instead of soda and running every night.
205.8 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have started this new drink for sleeping better but it does so much more. look up Golden Milk on Google it helps with so much.
