Not entirely surprised by the weight gain this week. However had a lovely night out for dinner, a wicked Indian takeaway and obviously too many glasses of red wine! I seem to be stuck inbetween 84/85 kgs so my goal is to get below 80 kgs by Easter (which has absolutely nothing to do with easter eggs!) Stay positive FS friends x
