Ok, bear with me, I'm using this journal to help me remember my journey. I want to be able to see the good, bad and not so good decisions and choices I make in this process so I learn and keep good habits. It also helps me remember how I feel and the changes I should make. Today, I see I didnt eat enough fat, so I just had a slice of the cheesecake I made yesterday and put some full fat cream on it. Now I feel terrible - too much fat??? not sure, didnt eat all of the crust because I've overdone it on carbs again. I need to be really strict on myself because I feel like I am playing on the edges of this thing. I wasnt feeling good today, like I'm getting the flu or something, Ihave a toothache, so need to watch that, hence I just lazed around this house which wasnt good. Tomorrow I'll walk, just get out and do it. I am amazed by all the positive and energetic people here and enjoy your enthusiasm. Its helping me beyond belief thank you. I'll post on the egg fast and see if that helps. :-)
