I thought I really blew-it today with the Hagen-daz ice-cream and Oreo cookies but after I logged it I see I'm ok. What a stressful last two days at work. I'm beat. It really make it hard to stay on track. I can see now that I'm logging everything that stress really does make it more difficult to stay on track with my willpower. I have always heard that it is a huge factor but I guess I really didn't believe it. Now I do.Seriously considering retiring at 62. Or getting more time off work. Oh! P.S. I ordered a fitbit.
