alrighty...
two weeks in on Atkins. I've lost 5 lbs (I haven't looked at the scale again since sunday and it is probably more...keep noticing little changes here and there.) I haven't cheated once so that I feel REALLY good about! My problem lately is that I really don't want to eat and I have to basically force myself...tonight I'll do the elipical machine for 45 minutes and drink a ton of water.
Keeping positive AND motivated!~

Isn't it great not to feel like eating all the time, though! Just don't go more than 6 hours without eating or your weight loss will suffer. Congrats on the success so far!

Congrats on your success! I'll noticed that my clothes are fitting differently before I see a loss on the scale. I'm having a hard time eating as much as I'm supposed to on this diet - but I think that's a good thing? Maybe it means that my body is burning fat stores.
