Hour and a half of yoga this morning, plus an hour and a half cycling this afternoon. Needed the exercise as had a slice of home made fruit cake, a Mr Kipling chocolate slice, a chocolate digestive biscuit and a cup of coffee after yoga!!! 🍥🎂🍪🤸‍♀️🚴‍♀️😁😁

Well done Maria, on both the binge and the remedy! I think it's the time of year Phooks. We're deep in winter and, although there's a hint of spring on the horizon, it's still a while off. Hence carbs ahoy!
