I have been sticking to the diet, allowing myself 100 or 200 extra calories because I have been working out 45-60 minutes each day and feel I need just a little more. But it must be working, because the weight is falling off! Good luck to everyone else!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week

WOW!!! Good for you! I'm not having such a great week. But, I found inspiration from your entry (especially the exercise). There is hope again! What kind of exercise are you doing?
