Got on the treadmill last night even though my knee was hurting like... Scale says I'm up but have been on points and doing cardio every day. We'll see tomorrow. That's the big weigh in. I am trying to focus on the effort and not the number. No matter what, I know I did better for myself this week.

That is right! Focus on the effort and not the number. I need to do that too. I had a dream about you last night. It was weird. Remind me to tell you about it tomorrow at the meeting..... I am proud of you for doing cardio all week!! You go girl! Did you hear that my sister is moving into a new house, about 2mins from me? I am so excited!

So true!! The effort of staying on points and exercising every day, especially the treadmill, will bring tangible results gradually and surely. And doing those things makes us feel good NOW. I weigh in tomorrow too. I wonder what the topic will be...??

I haven't moved an ounces in two weeks!! I will weigh myself again in another two weeks.

Thanks for the info about the vitamins C drink... I will have to check into them- though I have a weird hate of anything thick and strange in texture- which I seem to remember the last time I tried those drinks- but it cant hurt to try again!
