Avis713's Journal, 06 February 2017

Been under a bit of stress the last few weeks. Brother decided to walk away from his house some months ago and I'm just finding out. So the house was auction last August (when I had no idea) and at Christmas two guys showed up to change the locks on the doors. I've been through this before with my parent's home when my mom died. Long story but we lost the house. Anyway, so I'm thinking whatever is going on he is in control cause he's not saying anything. Turns out I was wrong. I just discovered we probably only have a few weeks to be in the house and I have to find some place to move. Ugh. I've been trying to keep calm as we all know what stress can do to our bodies. I haven't been posting daily. Although I'm fighting stress and a bit of depression at having to move again (goodness knows where), I have managed not to pig out - like I use to do in the old days. I have been slightly overeating - amazing just on protein - no crazy carb binges. And finally today, I've made up my mind to just start packing and trying to find a place to live. I prepared my daily apple cider drink and I'm going back to my 16:8 fasting. The worst thing for me is to gain weight so no eating all day on proteins...and back to plan... Wish me luck...
