Paleo Judy's Journal, 06 February 2017

Had a bad cold lately and it seems to have developed into flu, which means I'm lying huddled up in a soft and "floofy" blue blanket with a large box of tissues. Probably means too many snacks and too little exercise, so that's my excuse if my weight goes up.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
