Paleo Judy's Journal, 05 February 2017

Had a good long walk yesterday, as helping my son with his photography for GCSE. Involved going round a lot of different places in Worcester to get some background shots for posters. For instance, he is going to photoshop some daleks coming down in the sky over a view of Worcester with the river and Cathedral. Want to keep my weight steady on or just above my target weight, but at the moment everything is a bit too high. Not helped by including a hot chocolate I got a cafe yesterday and by having a mushroom and cream sauce on my pork when I came home. Can have the sauce, but have to keep it to one spoonful.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
