Changed to the treadmill last night. Felt pretty good, as was able to run 30 minutes at 5.5 miles/hour. (Completed 2.75 miles.) Did some weight lifting, then went home. AND DIED: Shear exhaustion hit suddenly. Could barely move, as it took too much effort. Proves to me that changing the exercise routine really does shake up the body!
