Thanks for the encouragement, folks! I eat porridge with maple syrup every single morning! It might seem boring, but it's become one of my favourite comfort foods, plus the nutritional value is totally worth it. Super easy to make too - I just put the oats & milk in the microwave for 2 mins, then stir in the maple syrup and it's done.
