Having the quinoa for breakfast really seems to help with the mid morning cravings. It very filling, I didn't like it too much at first but with the low-fat sour cream and garlic picante sauce its really good . I gave up my 4 oz. of orange juice for sun chips it was a straight trade and now I eat my grain like a dip. when I finish this batch I think Ill try golden lintels or hummus just to change things up. I'm eating cheese for lunch because its very rich and filling. I find I can sleep quite well after eating the cheese.
