My unofficial weight this morning is
103kg.I ate a good amount of food yesterday including a bowl of oats with Chia Seeds, coconut and peanuts :) Glad to see a drop after a non-fast day.
I'm thinking of moving my official weigh-in to Saturday IF Friday goes well. But I'll weigh tomorrow just to see. Last week's weigh-in had 3 fast days so I may not see a loss on the scale with just 2 Fast Days this week.
