Yikes. I got on a bread stick binge the last 3 days; too many hours at the 'puter. At least it's not sugar...
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry, but bread IS sugar.....at least, once your body gets hold of it. Yeah, it works a *little* harder to break it down, but it ends up being sugar. Ditch ALL the 'whites"!
