Experiment for the budding weightlifters out there. don't do this if you are trying to lose a lot of weight every day on your own program.

I have lost my carb weight from my last pig out. Been eating LCHF for a few days.

Going to have some carb shock and whey protein to artificially spike my insulin very high (with minimal carbs and leucine), then when it comes down, eat a small diet LCHF dinner.

will check my weight in morning to see if gain or no. I may not ever do this again on a fat loss regimen..we'll see.

and I am overweight...not a vain fitness guy that needs to lose 2% body fat.

I did not gain weight from the carb shock (I did lift weights before hand to mobilize GLUT4), I lost .4 lbs but my muscle mass % increased ever so slightly so that my total muscle did not drop over night. Might do again next Monday.
