I have actually been on this diet for two days. I am not enjoying the hungry feeling and the constant thoughts of food. It almost seems that I am becoming obsessed with food and when my next meal will be. I am confident this will pass and really want to succeed for me and for Matt. One day at a time is all I am really focused on right now..........actually one meal at a time!
