Saturday is always a tricky eating day. I usually eat more and then want more. I saw a recipe for a LC lemon mug cake and am going to try it tonight. I am going to try and keep carbs in check so I can fit this in, 7.7 net carbs. It is something to look forward to.

We are going to HuHot today. I usually stick with lots of the lower carb veggies and a little protein.

I just tried HuHot last week for the first time. It was so good - choosing exactly what I wanted and I was so excited to have a good lunch for not a lot of calories. Enjoy!

Hi Kim, First what is Hu Hot :-) ? Second I love everything lemon too :-) I will so make the sugar-free-lemon-mug-cake!!! Yes, I am so happy I have found you, Kim. HuHot is a restaurant here that you go thru a line with your bowl and pick and choose what you want them to cook for you on their mongolian grill. I skip the noodles and load up with some meat and lots of veggies. After you get food into the bowl you go over to another line and pick which sauce you want them to cook it in. I usually get the sesame oil or garlic oil, maybe the broth....they throw it all on a big flat grill and cook it, put it on a plate and it's done....I love it!
