discovered that to beat the snacking and follow my diet rules. i need to keep my day busy and my mind focused. because the second my mind has nothing to concentrate on it wants food. and the worst types of foods. so need to keep myself busy every second of everyday for the next year. i have 3-4 stone to lose. and have decided that i going to do the exercise properly, am slowly going to build it up with long walks with short bursts of running and slowly extend the amount of run until i can run 5 and then 10k.
