Ooh...
I binged yesterday. Not sure what caused it but all of the sudden I was eating whatever crossed my path. I let it go, no strength to fight it. Tomorrow is another day. So today I made it so far, LCHF that is.
The pressure I am under is overwhelming. Working, studying, sleeping. Well, yes, I am here now, right now, for a moment. Then back to my books. I am really not sure if and how I can handle this for four months.

You can do it...we all fall off the wagon, but you just get back on. Carbs give me a horrible hangover now, so no incentive to go too wild...

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back in the game. You can do this!

I've been there far too often falling off the LCHF wagon, but I keep getting back on it because I feel the best when eating that way. Just be sure you are getting a lot of healthy fats to stave off the hunger and carb cravings. Bulletproof teas and coffees have been key for me. Best of luck!

You got this jozette! 4 months will be over before you know it. Take it day by day. Mark off the days, take a min and breathe. You deserve this!

Well, I actually withdrew but they talked me back into the class with the result that I was up until 1.30am last night trying to get this paper together. I am still not sure it can work. This morning I have been busy cleaning up and I need to cook and take care of my laundry at some point (not to talk about grocery shopping). Then I have a job as well and a 45 min commute.... Phew.... I'll try. Also, even though I had a corn dog last night, I will stay with LCHF. Might need to lower my cals some since I do not have any (almost)physical activity.

check out dietdoctor.com. You don't have to lower your calories if you are doing LCHF. I am 5'7" and have been eating close to 3000 calories a day on strict LCHF and lost 8# my first week! I'm not thinking of this as a diet but a lifestyle change something that I will continue for the rest of my life.

Corey, - I have been doing this for quite some time (on and off) and I don't loose if I don't take care of my cals as well - no matter what the dietdoc says ;-)
