It really is amazing to try on old big pants and really see the difference! Great work.  

WOW... I mean just WOW. 

I love the impression I just made! That is exactly why I posted the pics! I don't feel so good about posting the one where I was big, because it doesn't look pretty, but, if I can inspire you all and help someone show that persistance & hard work do bring results, there you go! I am determined to stay fit and get even more fit.. now I am looking for perfection since in my opinion I am not too far away from it and I know I can achieve this! Wooooooooot!! ;) 

You look great it really gives me confidence that I can do it too. Keep up the good work

wow FROM ME TOO I wouldn't have said you were fat to start with but then again thats what people said about me before I commenced this diet ! but you do look amazing now I bet you feel like a totally different person? keep up good work it's a lot harder keeping it off than loosing it! laneyloo x

Laneylod.. thank you sweetie.. that is what "people" friends and family used to say... you are ok.. you look fine... and I kinda didn't want to believe them because of the way I felt.. but I ended up believing because I love them... liars.. lol... or they were saying that because they loved me the way I was... fat or not! I do feel and look much better... and I am keeping this weight for myself... selfishly and proudly! lol.. I worked real hard to get there!
