Well, poorly-followed, certainly, but a damned sight better-followed than the previous week... lol...
Still not got rid of this chest infection, though, so I've still not been able to do much walking, which is really annoying: means I have to stick to less calories and I've failed to do so. Still, my head's still in the right place and I've stopped chasing all those calories I went over last week and have started again today, determined to be able tick the 100% box next Monday.
And on the bright side, I'm 3 lbs less than at New Year, which I surely wouldn't have been if I hadn't been slimming at least some of the last three weeks... lol...
