Afternoon, folks!
My goal for this week is tracking all of the food I'm eating. I started trying hard core Thursday, and have been doing decent since then. I think even on the weekends, when I do my cheat meals, I need to track food. Last weekend, I just blamed everything on "Oh, it's a cheat day", and ended up eating a whole box of special k brownies... :)
I reached 8 miles yesterday for my run, and let me tell you how tired I am! Played volleyball this morning, but my legs are fighting, let me tell you.
Looking forward to weigh in day on Wednesday! Really hope I lose some weight this week. :)
