Day one is almost down. I'm not at all hungry but I am craving something nice. So I am going to have 2 cafe noir biscuits as I am still well under my points. I hope that I have done ok....

Hi Good luck on the healthy eating. I'm thrilled with the group I joined, they weighed and measured and then took a before picture, I cringed when I saw mine but made me more determined. By the way Super value having great deals on W.Watchers meals, some are 2 for price 1 or other €2 each.
