I didn't do good on intake of food, only 747 calories, I need more than that, but I wasn't hungry guess diet is starting to work. almost hit 14 carbs for day and need to hit at least 20 a day. Being diabetic have to watch everything.

Need to keep better track and get more GOOD carbs so that I can keep losing.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm going to have to break down and buy a copy of the current Atkins guidelines, what is it, "A New Atkins For A New You", right, just to be up-to-speed on their latest mantra.
