Ok so I haven't been here in a long while. The holidays were a disaster for me weight wise and I have no excuses. I sat and ate 3/4 of a blackberry pie yesterday and wondered where my mind and self control had gone. My weight and eating right are a daily struggle for me. My husband wonders why I worry about it. I love that he loves me for who I am but I don't love this way and I really have to get my eating under control...My plan is to start with my eating habits and then start working in exercise again. I don't know what to do.
