Day five and still feeling good. I think I am eating too much cheese, however. Need to cut back on that. For example, I had one slice of RF cheese at b'fast yesterday, some blue cheese crumbles at lunch on my salad, and then three slices after dinner (one slice, one string cheese stick, and a wedge of RF Laughing Cow).
Starting to plan for our December cruise and it kills me that I can't do any shopping yet not to mention that I have no idea what size and how in shape I'll be before we go. Do I buy a great deal now and then have it altered later? Will I be comfortable in spaghetti straps? Sheesh. I know, it's not a terrible problem to have. :-)
Anyone know the official policy on nuts? I looked through my SBD book and see that a serving is 20 peanuts, but how many servings do you get in a day? Do they count as a fat? Also, hummus. We made some and it's delish, but I'm not sure exactly how much a serving would be.

I love cheese!! Doesn't sound like you are eating too much. I eat mainly chicken, turkey, cheese and lettuce--those are my staple. Boring, I know but when i incorporated nuts, i started to gain..portion control is A MUST with those..

Sounds like you are doing great! I would be easy on the amount of servings for the nuts, maybe once or twice a day, as they do add fat and calories. If you are eating the low fat/part skim mozzarella cheese sticks, I think you're fine or the laughing cow. As for shopping... well, I think I'd wait till you were a few weeks closer. :) Good luck and have fun!
