]Very fatigue today. I did not stop what I needed to do. I got out of bed and I rode the train and walked down town to the doctors. I came home and I went for a 23 minute walk. I know I can eat a well balance diet every day, but my lack of energy kills enthusiasm to lose weight. I will struggle with the pain and the spasms in my joints; there is no way I am giving up this time on loosing this weight.[/color]
