So today I snacked a little too much, almonds, fruitsations and harvest cheddar sun chips, all little packages - but too much for one day.

I am proud that I came home and made a salad! I cannot remember the last "at home" salad I made. Loving that I am using groceries in my house instead of going to the work cafeteria, fast food!

Feeling stronger about 2012 being MY year!

Good for you Les! That's the key, when you feel yourself slipping a little bit, just get right back on the wagon (this is my biggest downfall) Way to go with the salad....that's what I'm having for dinner tonight!
