196.4 I weighed in after 2 cups of coffee and vitamin water and 2 tbsp. of Metamucil. So I think I'm right on track I don't want to lose more than 1 lb. per week. Im kind of hoarding a new strategy. I'm thinking if I have a goal of 1 lb. per week I will have to stick to it longer and then when I reach my goal weight in ...say in a year. I will have done it without too much pain and depravation. Maybe this time I can maintain it. In my life I think I have lost the same 50 lbs. a dozen or more times. My problem is It comes right back on when I stop being hyper vigilant about my diet. It is a real personal strain on my happiness. I have been struggling with THIS 50 lbs. for 8 years. I guess because now that I am over sixty there is no longer such an ego component. I just want to be healthier and feel better. Also I don't want to be fat anymore so there is that.
