I work nights. On work days I eat my dinner meal at 0200 in the morning. then eat breakfast at 0730. then I watch TV or read for a few hours or tic something off my to do list which I like to keep at a minimum on work days. I go to bed around 1100 or 1200 and sleep until 8 om or 9 pm at which time I get ready for work I usually have a mini meal or snack then . Problem. When switching to my day off I have eaten my main meal at 0200, breakfast at 0700 then I don't really get to eat a whole meal again until 7 pm the next day as I have already consumed most of my calories during the night and the next am. That was rough. but I did it. Since I work many more days than I am off I think I will probably stick to this as the only meals I can sharer with my family are my day off and this I have long considered a treat. My husbands Birthday is tomorrow and since I work tomorrow night we are going out to breakfast. I have been thinking about it all day. I hate to say it but going out to eat has always been a problem for me to stick to my diet. I love it. or used to. I think ill order 2 eggs , a slice of toast (dry) and the fruit cup. Damage done.
