I had a work breakfast thing that got me off to a bad start yesterday, then I did my usual bs. So, yesterday sucked.
Today I am better. I think I'm gonna try to starve myself- which actually means I might just might be able to stay under 1500 calories. I feel like I starved myself today and I'm already at 1064 calories. We'll see what happens tonight.
I just saw a thing on tv- a lady lost 27lbs. She restricted calories and did cross fit 5 days a week. just sayin.
