This is the first day of me being on the Kaiser Options Program diet plan. The plan is for about 1500 Calories per day. I need to loose 25 lbs by the end of Feb. A very aggressive timetable but today, at his moment, I am up to the challenge. I turned to God and asked for His help because I can only do this with His strength. Father, thank you for loving me. Help me today to each healthy and honor this temple that you dwell in. Let me use the "talents" you have given me in a God honoring way and not bury it in the ground. I love you.
