NOT A WEIGHIN
i pigged out today and ate chicken... i feel horrible and want to purge but i cant cause he'll here me. so 2morrow is basic restriction .... half my norm cal (450-500) it'll be tough but its my punishment
198.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm sorry to hear that you want to purge, and I hope you learn to forgive yourself for mistakes, because it happens to everyone! As for depriving yourself tomorrow, that sounds like a bad idea. 500 calories is the amount that young children eat, and you should definitely eat enough to keep you healthy and strong. I know when I don't get enough calories I often feel weak and sick. I wish you luck for the future, and remember to forgive yourself now and again!

wow, didn't know people could read that. but I only meant cause I ate meat. I've been a vegetarian for a while although I eat fish. It made me feel nauseous and i didn't want to feel that way. thanks for caring enough to respond! and as for restriction, i mean from over indulging in junk the way I normally do...I usually can eat anywhere from 2500-3500 cal per day without thinking about it and since I don't have time to exercise like i would like a low cal diet is the best way to loose. once i up my exercise i will also eat more. :)

Oh, I'm so glad to hear I misread it! Good luck on the regimen, but if you want to make your journal private, I'm sure there's a way.
