Guess today could be my off day, not feeling so great did not get a run in and my cals well they were outta control but I almost don't care since I have been 100% for 2 weeks straight on eating low carb high protien. Feels good to have a break every now and then might just make Sunday's that day. Might take a beating on the scale the next couple of days but I have it in me to stay on track, feeling good in my smaller tees. Gonna give it all I have this week 3-5 miles on my off days tue, sat, thur, and prob walk a mile or two before booty camp would love to do it after but cant make time to do that with dinner to prepare. Here's looking at monday hope everyone who has it off enjoys the day I'll be working.
