Wow, only 5 days and I can see a little difference. I'm loving the sit-ups challenge.

PoulC, I posted more information in the forum. Check it out. You can enter the reps and sets in either your journals or in the challenge forum if you like. There's a sit-ups logger. Check out the forum for more info.

I did one sit-up and it almost killed me. I forgot with sit-ups you need to get your feet secure under something. I will attempt some more later.
