Almost done with day 3. did great with eating and walked at work today. I am going to do a 25 min workout as well in a bit. the path to a fitter me is right in front of me. i haver a nice pudding desert ( i refuse to not enjoy eating) and some yummy chinese tea to finish the night. I hope i can keep up the pace. having personal drama so am working hard not to use that as an excuse for eaching a bunch of junk.
