Well it is now Tuesday and really I haven't started properly and I am disappointed with myself but haven't really had a choice because of the visitors that have been coming and going and the disruptions. Because of this I have told myself to not worry and start properly next Monday. Why next Monday, well, tomorrow we have to meet Brian's brother and have a meal out Friday we have a meal out again and Sunday we have family to dinner again, so the Christmas holiday has been extended. Never mind, better not to feel guilty and start properly. So no more diary entries until Monday when I promise that I will get started properly and without fail.

I understand completely about the visitors and eating out. My husband and I eat at home and hardly ever go out. But it's so hard to stay on track when you have visitors. I have a friend coming to visit from Sunday to Thursday next week, that will be a challenge, since I affectionately call her a professional eater. She likes to eat out almost every day that she's here. I'll just stick to soups and salads I guess, but you have to watch them too, because you really don't know what's in them as far as ingredients go. Could be added sugar etc. I guess I'll just carry my own salad dressing too... Good luck with your next few days of eaing out..
