Product review for LCHF diet people.
I normally try to eat whole foods escept MCT oil and bulletproof bars like grass fed beef, broccoli, yada yada, but sometimes you need pre-packaged.
I bought frozen low carb pizzas online from the Real Good Pizza company. Jimmy Moore was advertizing these along with a host of other BS, but I love pizza.
The macros. Pepperoni pizza 270 cal 140 from fat 16g fat, 4 g carb 25 g protein. crust is made of chicken breast and parm cheese instead of that crap Julians bakery sells.
Note 990g of sodium (37%)
Taste: yummy. 2 minutes in microwave tastes like a little pizza. serving size is right if you are low cal. I had two wings and some celery with it for dinner,
Cost: pricey you have to buy 2 cases of pizzas. there is a 10% of promo code on Jimmy Moores Living la vida low carb website. It winds up being $5 a pizza. Its high but if you have insurance to bring to work it might be worth it.
packaging: frozen solid with a chunk of dry ice in a styrofoam conatiner..professional
shipping about 5 days.
Good luck
